Photographing a spectacular Georgian townhouse renovation in Bath
Having grown up in Bath I've seen my fair share of Georgian townhouses, this one is definitely one of my favourites. My clients, interior designers The Curators House and Cross Consulting and Build have helped the homeowner reimagine this property, renovating and tastefully restoring the home to an exceptionally high standard. On the day of the shoot we had lots of ground to cover as we needed to capture all five storeys within a day. I'd love to return with more time, I especially enjoyed shooting the stylish first floor office and the luxurious master en-suite. I'm used to working at pace when shooting these larger properties, but I think it's important to still take time to compose and style each shot. Having two great shots of each room is far better than half a dozen average images.
